How do you find similar products on other websites?
We search other sources (such as Amazon) using official APIs, and our comparison engine has advanced algorithms that identify similar products.
When is the customer shown a competitor pricing pop-up?
Only when we detect a similar product that is more expensive. That pop-up is NOT clickable, so there is no risk of cart abandonment.
Can the pricing pop-up be customized?

How does a pricing report look like?
The daily/weekly report (depending on selected plan) includes both high-level and detailed information on which products were more expensive or less expensive compared to which competitors.
